How and why is elevating human flourishing important to you?

We believe we can’t flourish without faithfulness and fruitfulness.  We believe that all people are created and designed for flourishing even in a fallen world. 

We believe that relationships and results are inseparable and reciprocal.  We believe that we are designed to live our lives, thriving in our relationships, and doing our work with joy, freedom, and excellence. This is flourishing. People require intentional community and collaborative relationships, engaging their positive core around their unique motivation and abilities purposefully to accomplish lasting relevant results.

What do you do to support growth for individuals personally, at work, at home and in relationships?

We educate, equip, and develop. We cannot reproduce what we don’t possess. It begins with us. There is a process orientation where we identify and engage current reality (who people are, where they are, and their thinking), we create mutual understanding and discernment of what matters most, what it means, and to what we will commit. We facilitate and guide the execution of outcomes, results, and impact. 

How could a community like the HX Collective support or amplify the great you are already doing?

It will provide a deeply desired and necessary place called “home and residence” for The Wellock Group.  By inviting, engaging, and representing us in relationship with other members of HX Collective. We become publicly known and accessible to those we will potentially serve and engage.
