What do you do?

I solve human-centered public policy and law problems - mostly for healthcare stakeholders but others too - through collaboration, creativity, curiosity, and a dogged pursuit of excellence. 

How and why is elevating human flourishing important to you?

I try to myself available and attentive as a true friend, cheerleader, sounding board, and trusted advisor to everyone I know. I fail, but I will continue to try. Everything positive I’ve gained in life is attributable to the grace and investment of others in me. I want to pay it forward and also continue to learn from others.

What do you do to support growth for individuals personally, at work, at home and in relationships?

I champion wellness and human flourishing investments at Faegre Drinker - including Mind Matters, Growth Play coaching, and individual mental health work. 

How could a community like the HX Collective support or amplify the great you are already doing?

I’d love to expose others to what we’re doing at Faegre Drinker - to share the love and learn from their experiences.
