What do you do?

I partner with HR leaders to drive regenerative experiences and sustainable productivity for purpose driven companies. 

How and why is elevating human flourishing important to you?

I fundamentally believe that as a result of working for a company, the company should give back equal or greater value to the lives of those they impact.  For decades, companies see people as resources to use and extract – the contract and expectations have changed and top talent will insist on a more equitable exchange of value. 

What do you do to support growth for individuals personally, at work, at home and in relationships?

I speak and write on this a LOT… my personal motto is to always leave things better than I find them.  There are heads of HR and HR leaders in C suites that had the incredible opportunity to hire and grow.

How could a community like the HX Collective support or amplify the great you are already doing?

This parallels almost perfectly with my role as Chief Experience Officer at Modern.
