What do you do?

I help people (mostly women) make more money through strategic revenue planning.

How and why is elevating human flourishing important to you?

There’s no true advancement in equity or equality without both political and economic empowerment. I believe economic empowerment comes first—and the most reliable path is sustainable, predictable earning. Revenue is a lever for autonomy and agency. When people are confident in how they sell and what they’re building, they make better decisions, grow stronger businesses, and have more to give to their families and communities. Flourishing isn’t accidental—it’s a result we can design for.

What do you do to support growth for individuals personally, at work, at home and in relationships?

I help people get clear on what they want, where the opportunities are, and what actions will move the needle. The work may focus on business growth, but it often unlocks personal growth—more clarity, more confidence, and more ownership across every part of life.

How could a community like the HX Collective support or amplify the great you are already doing?

Connection with others doing meaningful work is fuel. I’d benefit from being in conversation with people who are equally committed to growth, values-aligned business, and building things that last. And I imagine there’s room to partner, share tools, and trade ideas and opportunities that make all of us better.
