Jill Heise is the founder and managing partner of BluLyne Marketing. In this role, she advises clients on strategic ways to leverage marketing through brand development, communications, go-to-market program design, event planning, integrated marketing campaign management, and civic engagement. Bringing energy and commitment to the philanthropic community, she serves on the Indiana University Kelley School of Business family leadership council, Indiana University Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture + Design Dean’s advisory council, Friends of Lakeview executive committee, Chicago Cares advisory board, B.I.G. Baseball Academy advisory board, SSA 27 low-line task force, and Third Coast Collaborative advisory board. Jill, her husband, Tim, and their three IU-Kelley School of Business children enjoy the balance of living in the woods of Indiana with spending time in the very urban south Loop of Chicago.
How would you define HX and why it is important to your life’s work?
HX is about balance as an achievable aspiration across our personal and professional lives. It should be intrinsic to and foundational in how we live and work, yet sadly, is not. HX is important to my work as I strive to support and encourage people and companies to elevate their HX in ways that provide a more fulfilling life.
